Responsible AI

AI can be a useful tool in research, drafting and administrative work. It does not replace professional judgement, strategic thinking or accountability.

Human judgement and accountability

AI may occasionally support the work, but the thinking, recommendations and decisions remain Matthew Ranson’s responsibility. No significant client decision is made solely by an automated system.

Confidentiality and client information

Client-confidential information is not entered into public AI tools without appropriate safeguards and permission.

Quality and transparency

Any AI-assisted output is reviewed, tested and refined before it is used or shared. The aim is to use useful technology thoughtfully, while keeping the work human, accountable and grounded in context.

If you have a question about how AI may be used in relation to your work, please get in touch.
